Lessees will have 24/7 access to their suite.
Yes, you're allowed to personalize, and furnished your suite with decorative art. We allow only 1 accent wall with a deposit of $125.

We currently have two locations. We have one in the Atlanta Buckhead area, and our new facility is in the Atlanta Airport area. Our buckhead location is currently fully leased, however you may join the waiting list!
Only some of our suites come with wash bowls, however each of our locations have wash stations for professionals to be able to use.
Rent is due weekly.
We have 2 leasing term agreements. Lesses have the option to choose a 3 month lease, or a 6 month lease.
We understand how costly moving can be, so we offer two different options for lesses to make their security deposit. Lesses can choose to pay 1 full month rent of a refundable deposit or a nonrefundable deposit equaling 2 weeks of rent.
Uluxr Salon Suites offer valet wash and dry services ONLY for the use of our complimentary towels. Once done with towels, professionals MUST put dirty towels in our stationed hamper. Fresh towels are put out once a week. Feel free to bring your own!
